Business in Focus is a social enterprise that exists to support the growth of enterprise and in turn the economy of Wales. We do this through delivery both directly to entrepreneurs and SMEs; and via business support contracts for clients including the UK and Welsh governments, other public sector bodies and not-for-profit organisations.

When our major contracting clients entrust their business support service to us, they do so knowing we will quickly develop an in-depth understanding of how they work, what they need and when they need it. Our client focus has been acquired over 30 years, enabling us to deliver robust, compliant results.

We also provide business owners and managers with access to finance, mentoring and business accommodation throughout South Wales. Our commitment to equality and diversity is at the heart of our service and our mission; we aim to bring out the enterprise in everyone!

Business in Focus Services:

• Official delivery partner of the Start Up Loans Company, providing support throughout the loan application process and mentoring for the first 12 months of the loan.
• Management of more than 230 serviced offices and industrial units at 10 sites across South Wales, offering affordable business accommodation with simple terms.
• Bespoke HR services from creation of documents and policies to advice and consultancy on all HR issues.Bespoke HR consultancy from creation of documents and policies to advice and consultancy on a range of HR issues.
• We manage the Welsh Government Business Wales service, offering start-up and existing business support, including one-to-one advice, business skills training, help with raising finance and making the most of superfast broadband.
• We also manage the Welsh Government Youth Entrepreneurship programme, giving 16-24 year olds access to dedicated events and one-to-one business advice to help them turn their business idea into a reality.
