Who will benefit?

This will benefit those individuals wishing to improve their ability to become more effective managers. Supervisors and/or team leaders, particularly in relation to getting the best from their team in challenging situations.

Workshop Objectives

It is common for people in responsible roles to sometimes take too much on their own shoulders and also turn a blind eye to difficult situations that really need addressing. There are numerous reasons for this, Conversely, having the ability to empower your team and address challenging moments in the right way can lead to great team performance and an effective supervisor who is working on the right things.

The outline aims of the workshop are to identify and understand:

Course Delivery: This course will be delivered by Dave Jones, Director of UP4Coaching Ltd. Qualified to Masters degree level in Management, degree level in Chemistry and a qualified ILM Level 7 Executive Coach, Dave has over thirty five years’ experience managing at all levels in various sectors, including engineering, automotive, medical devices, pharmaceutical and food.
