Cyflwyniad i Weithdy Lleihau Gwastraf

Mae gan bob busnes gwastraff, boed yn ddeunyddiau, amser, ynni neu adnoddau. Yn aml, deall ble mae gwastraff yn digwydd a pham mae’n digwydd yw’r cam cyntaf tuag at wella effeithlonrwydd a lleihau costau diangen.

Mae’r gweithdy cyflwyniadol hwn wedi’i gynllunio ar gyfer busnesau bach a chanolig sydd am ddeall gwastraff yn well yn eu gweithrediadau a nodi cyfleoedd i wella. Drwy gyflwyniadau, trafodaethau ac ymarferion rhyngweithiol, bydd cynrychiolwyr yn dysgu offer a thechnegau ymarferol i adnabod gwastraff, casglu data defnyddiol a chymryd y camau cyntaf tuag at leihau aneffeithlonrwydd.

Mae’r gweithdy hefyd yn cyflwyno fframwaith “GWASTRAFF”, sy’n darparu dull strwythuredig o ddeall, nodi a gwella gwastraff o fewn prosesau busnes.

Canlyniadau dysgu

Erbyn diwedd y gweithdy, bydd y cynrychiolwyr:

• Deall gwahanol fathau o wastraff a ble maent yn digwydd
• Byddwch yn gyfarwydd ag egwyddorion ein fframwaith GWASTRAFF
• Ennill profiad o dechnegau adnabod a mapio gwastraff syml
• Deall sut y gall data gwastraff gefnogi gweithgareddau gwella
• Nodi cyfleoedd posibl i leihau gwastraff o fewn eu sefydliad ei hunain

It is expressly agreed that neither the delegate nor their sponsoring organisation will copy the whole or any part of those materials without the written consent of the training provider.

Attendance costs

Depending on your company size and eligibility, attendance at these workshops can be partially or fully funded.

The cost for each delegate attending the workshop will vary depending on the size of the company they work for. This is determined by Welsh Government funding regulations.

In the workshop registration form, you will be asked to provide company Subsidy Control information for the past three years and confirm the size of your company. Please refer to your finance business team to ensure this information is accurate as it may be subject to audit.
