Bydd y gweithdy yn rhoi profiad ymarferol i gigyddion a chynhyrchwyr cig o halltu, paratoi a phrosesu cig moch a gmon premiwm o doriadau porc, er mwyn ychwanegu gwerth ac amrywiaeth at eu hamrywiaeth cynnyrch presennol.

By registering for any Food Technology Centre (FTC) event, workshop, or training course, you agree to the following terms:

• Changes & Cancellations: FTC reserves the right to alter or cancel event details (dates, venues, speakers, etc.) if necessary. To cancel your booking, notify us in writing; refunds are subject to our cancellation policy and FTC discretion.
• Health & Safety: You must meet any course prerequisites and follow all health and safety instructions during practical sessions. FTC reserves the right to refuse participation if safety rules are breached.
• Liability & Belongings: FTC is not liable for any loss, damage, or expenses incurred during an event. You are responsible for your own personal belongings.
• Photos & Video: FTC may take photos or videos for promotional use. If you prefer not to be featured, please notify staff before the event begins. 
• Data Privacy: Your personal data will be processed securely and used solely for event administration, communication, and reporting.
