Gweithdy Cyflwyniad i Ficrobioleg Bwyd

Gall peryglon microbiolegol fod yn risg sylweddol i'r rhan fwyaf o fusnesau bwyd. Bydd y gweithdy hwn yn eich cefnogi i ddatblygu dealltwriaeth o'r micro-organebau sy'n berthnasol i'ch cynhyrchion a'ch prosesau. Byddwn hefyd yn rhannu ffyrdd o reoli a monitro'r rhain yn eich safle gweithgynhyrchu.

Yn y gweithdy byddwn yn trafod y canlynol:

• Twf a Goroesi micro-organebau mewn bwyd
• Micro-organebau bwyd sy'n peri pryder
• Sut i ddatblygu cynllun profi microbiolegol Bwyd
• Sut i ddehongli canlyniadau profion microbiolegol
• Ffynonellau gwybodaeth ar gyfer canllawiau microbiolegol
• Swabio a monitro amgylcheddol

The delegate acknowledges that all course material, program material or copies thereof are and will remain the property of the training provider and are subject to copyright. It is expressly agreed that neither the delegate nor their sponsoring organisation will copy the whole or any part of those materials without the written consent of the training provider.

Attendance costs

Depending on your company size and eligibility, attendance at these workshops can be partially or fully funded.

The cost for each delegate attending the workshop will vary depending on the size of the company they work for. This is determined by Welsh Government funding regulations.

In the workshop registration form, you will be asked to provide company Subsidy Control information for the past three years and confirm the size of your company. Please refer to your finance business team to ensure this information is accurate as it may be subject to audit.
