Gweithdy Diogeledd Bwyd: Asesu bregusrwydd a sganio'r gorwel

Mae asesiad bregusrwydd yn offeryn pwysig sy'n helpu i nodi gwendidau posibl yn eich cadwyn gyflenwi a allai wneud eich busnes yn agored i dwyll bwyd.

Bydd y gweithdy’n cwmpasu’r canlynol:

• Mathau o dwyll bwyd
• Methodoleg asesu bregusrwydd
• Dulliau lliniaru bregusrwydd
• Rôl yr Uned Genedlaethol Troseddau Bwyd (NFCU)
• Sganio gorwel – sut i'w wneud a pha faes adnoddau sydd ar gael
• Adolygu a chynnal a chadw eich cynllun yn barhaus
• Gofynion hyfforddi ar gyfer staff

Cynhelir y gweithdai rhyngweithiol hyn yng Nghanolfan Diwydiant Bwyd ZERO2FIVE yng Nghaerdydd.

Er bod y gweithdai hyn yn rhan o gyfres, gallwch fynychu gweithdai unigol i weddu i'ch anghenion busnes.

We reserve the right to cancel or amend the timings of these sessions at any point up to the stated start time of the session.

Delegates may also cancel their booking at any time by contacting ZERO2FIVE directly. 

The delegate acknowledges that all course material, program material or copies thereof are and will remain the property of the training provider and are subject to copyright. It is expressly agreed that neither the delegate nor their sponsoring organisation will copy the whole or any part of those materials without the written consent of the training provider.

Attendance costs

Depending on your company size and eligibility, attendance at these workshops can be partially or fully funded.

The cost for each delegate attending the workshop will vary depending on the size of the company they work for. This is determined by Welsh Government funding regulations.

In the workshop registration form, you will be asked to provide company Subsidy Control information for the past three years and confirm the size of your company. Please refer to your finance business team to ensure this information is accurate as it may be subject to audit.
