Mae'r gweithdy'n ymdrin â'r rheolaethau amgylcheddol a gweithredol sylfaenol sy'n ofynnol ar gyfer cynhyrchu bwyd a diod ddiogel.
Mae amlinelliad y gweithdy fel a ganlyn:

Noder y bydd llyfr gwaith yn cael ei anfon atoch cyn y gweithdy y bydd angen i chi ei gwblhau'n rhannol cyn mynychu'r digwyddiad. Dewch â'ch llyfr gwaith gyda chi i'r gweithdy gan y bydd cyfleoedd i gymryd nodiadau. Ar ddiwedd y gweithdy, gallwch ddefnyddio'r wybodaeth a gafwyd i greu a gweithredu set lawn o raglenni rhagofynion sy'n ofynnol gan eich busnesau fel sylfaen i sicrhau bod bwyd a/neu ddiod yn cael ei gynhyrchu o dan amodau priodol.

The delegate acknowledges that all course material, program material or copies thereof are and will remain the property of the training provider and are subject to copyright. It is expressly agreed that neither the delegate nor their sponsoring organisation will copy the whole or any part of those materials without the written consent of the training provider.
Attendance costs
Depending on your company size and eligibility, attendance at these workshops can be partially or fully funded.
The cost for each delegate attending the workshop will vary depending on the size of the company they work for. This is determined by Welsh Government funding regulations.
In the workshop registration form, you will be asked to provide company Subsidy Control information for the past three years and confirm the size of your company. Please refer to your finance business team to ensure this information is accurate as it may be subject to audit.
