Seminar 1 of 2 - Managing Projects through People

Most organisations need to assemble project teams quickly to manage the constantly changing customer and market demands, and a cohesive and motivated project team is essential if projects are to achieve their objectives. Whilst organisations normally have a clearly defined Project Management process, what they lack is project leaders with the right level of ‘soft’ management skills. This programme is designed to provide an intensive introduction to the world of delivering projects through effective people management. Delegates also have the option to gain an ilm Project Management Unit Qualification.

  • A personal work-based project.

Delivered through five 2½ hour seminars

Seminar 1 – 29th July - Free

Seminar 2 - 4th August - £235

Seminar 3 – 11th August

Seminar 4 – 18th August

Attendance at any Seminar 1 for any of the listed Modules is free of charge. We are keen to demonstrate that our Zoom Seminars are as interactive and fun as usual workshops.

Due to customer demand we are limiting each delegate to one free Seminar.

To attend Seminar 2 of your chosen Module there is an additional cost to complete. Programmes or Modules consisting of more than two seminars will cost £375 which includes studying membership of The Institute of Leadership and Management and access to the on-line MyLeadership resources.

The cost includes all pre and post Module materials (sent electronically), one to one support, feedback on action plans and studying membership with the Institute of Leadership & Management.

Joining instructions will be sent out 5 days prior to the online training seminar commencing.
