   Delegates may cancel their booking at any time by following the link provided in their confirmation email.
3. Access to Online Seminars
   Delegates are responsible for ensuring they can access the online platform where the seminar is delivered. NetRet is not responsible for any technical issues experienced by the delegate, including but not limited to hardware, software, or internet connectivity. Any charges incurred during attendance at the session are the responsibility of the delegate.
4. Course Materials and Copyright
   All course materials, presentation content, and any associated program materials provided during the seminar are and will remain the property of NetRet. These materials are subject to copyright, and delegates and their sponsoring organisations expressly agree not to copy, reproduce, or distribute the whole or any part of the materials without prior written consent from NetRet.
5. Liability Disclaimer
   NetRet accepts no responsibility for any actions taken by the delegate or their sponsoring organisation based on information or advice provided during the seminar. This includes compliance with PAS 2030, TrustMark, FlexiOrb, or any other certification or standard. Delegates acknowledge that regulations, standards, and funding opportunities for training and certification (e.g., PAS 2030:2023 and microgeneration) may change, and it is the responsibility of the delegate and their sponsoring organisation to stay informed of such changes.

NetRet shall not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by the delegate, their sponsoring organisation, or any third party as a result of participation in the seminar. This limitation excludes liability for death or personal injury arising from NetRet's negligence.

6. Amendments to Terms
   No variation to these terms and conditions shall be binding unless agreed in writing by authorised representatives of NetRet and the delegate and/or their sponsoring organisation. These terms and conditions supersede any prior written or verbal communication between the parties.
