Mae’r safon SALSA yn newid

Lansiodd SALSA Rifyn 7 o'i Safon Cynhyrchu Bwyd a Diod newydd, yr haf hwn o 1af Mehefin 2026 [SALSA - Newyddion Diweddaraf]. Mae'r safon newydd bellach ar gael ar wefan SALSA, gan ganiatáu i fusnesau weld y gofynion a dechrau paratoi. O’r 1af o Fedi 2026, bydd pob archwiliad SALSA yn cael ei gynnal yn erbyn y Safon wedi'i diweddaru.

Mae’r digwyddiad hwn wedi’i gynllunio’n benodol i wneud y canlynol:

• Esbonio’n glir y newidiadau allweddol a gyflwynwyd yn Rhifyn 7
• Rhoi mewnwelediad ymarferol i fusnesau isut y gellir dangos cydymffurfiaeth.

Bydd cynrychiolwyr yn archwilio ac yn trafod meysydd sylweddol o newid, gan gynnwys:

• Gwydnwch Twyll Bwyd
• Rheoli Newid
• Diweddariadau allweddol eraill sy’n effeithio ar gydymffurfiaeth SALSA

Bydd y sesiwn yn rhannu dulliau arfer gorau, annog trafodaeth, a chefnogi busnesau i baratoi’n hyderus ar gyfer y trawsnewidiad i Rifyn 7.

The delegate acknowledges that all course material, program material or copies thereof are and will remain the property of the training provider and are subject to copyright. It is expressly agreed that neither the delegate nor their sponsoring organisation will copy the whole or any part of those materials without the written consent of the training provider.

Attendance costs

Depending on your company size and eligibility, attendance at these workshops can be partially or fully funded.

The cost for each delegate attending the workshop will vary depending on the size of the company they work for. This is determined by Welsh Government funding regulations.

In the workshop registration form, you will be asked to provide company Subsidy Control information for the past three years and confirm the size of your company. Please refer to your finance business team to ensure this information is accurate as it may be subject to audit.
