Chwarae Teg is the charity inspiring, leading and delivering gender equality in Wales. Since 1992, Chwarae Teg has been working to ensure that women in Wales can enter the workplace, develop their skills and build rewarding careers. Gender inequality is not just a ‘women’s issue’ but is everybody’s business. Our economy and society as a whole stands to benefit from a more equal landscape. As well as working with women, we work with businesses to improve performance through effective recruitment, retention and the development of a diverse workforce.
