Helen is passionate about motivation since taking a sales group of 23 individuals, ranked 49th from 50, to the UK's number one sales team within twelve months.
The combination of enabling individuals, establishing realistic milestones and identifying self-drivers facilitated continuous personal, team and organisational improvement. Helen has directed this valuable experience to many other organisations to help them to achieve the very best in performance management.
Helen has held a variety of Senior Management positions in the healthcare and education sector for more than twenty years, and has worked as a coach in organisations across a variety of sectors, from biotechnology to education.
Helen enjoys the variety of working with clients from different fields, and exploring the many similarities and opportunities to share best practice.
Helen’s special areas of interest are Organisational Dynamics to facilitate maximum performance; Motivation to achieve peak performance, and Strategic Development to drive desired outcomes.
Helen is a trained facilitator, educator, coach and researcher.
