Karen Dancey Associates (KDA) is a marketing and business development consultancy founded by Karen Dancey and based in Cardiff.  Extensive expertise in marketing and communications project management has been built up through work for a range of blue chip clients - including consumer and business-to-business organisations, in both public and private sectors.

Karen has had overall responsibility for providing a range of event marketing solutions to such organisations as Forestry Commission Wales, Cardiff University, the Chartered Management Institute and Institute of Consulting – encompassing speaker and delegate recruitment; venue research and recommendations; promotional material; PR, hospitality, logistics and evaluation.

Offering help and support to business

As Wales chair of the Institute of Consulting, Karen personally manages a programme of CPD events, often in collaboration with CMI Cymru and other professional bodies.

Seminars and workshops on a variety of business/management-related subjects are held at locations across Wales. These are often free of charge and are designed for everyone in business.
