Môn Communities Forward

Môn CF is a charity and company owned by the people of Anglesey. It was originally established to support the most deprived areas of the island, but since 2012 it has evolved to become the go-to organisation for individuals looking for help to upskill, find work and progress.

As part of an ESF-funded project, Môn CF are working with local businesses to encourage cultural change in organisations towards a more diverse and healthier workplace. Our Employer Support Officer can undertake diagnostic needs assessments with your business, including analysing the requirements and priorities of the company and working with you to put an action plan in place to help you embrace or improve your existing Equality & Diversity strategies.
