PBI has been providing advice and support to businesses in Pembrokeshire, both Start-ups and Established Businesses, for over 32 years. Over that time PBI has evolved and changed, along with the support it offers. This is so that PBI can serve businesses and the wider community in the best possible way.

All PBI’s services and products have been designed with one aim in mind: to ensure that the businesses in Pembrokeshire, no matter the size, can grow and improve the County of Pembrokeshire, for everyone.

PBI is the Enterprise Agency for Pembrokeshire. It is a Ltd company, where all the profit made from commercial activities is fed back into providing free advice for Start ups, running networking events and giving access to information on funding and other sources of support.

PBI offers a range of workshops:

• Set Classroom Workshops
  Learning new skills, or brushing up on old ones is easy with PBI. A clean, fresh classroom; friendly, approachable trainers; helpful and always referring to real workplace situations, so business owners can have confidence to take back what they’ve learned and apply it their own businesses.
• Workplace Coaching & Mentoring
  Not everyone wants to sit in a classroom and learn with other businesses so PBI can also offers on-the-job coaching and mentoring which is held at client’s business premises. PBI’s knowledgeable qualified coaches are friendly and helpful, and will make sure the training gets to the heart of the issues a business wants to address.
• Bespoke Training Workshops
  PBI also offers bespoke training designed and tailored around an individual business needs. PBI meets the business owners to find out what they need and create a training programme based on that.
