Summary

A recurring, fortnightly virtual lunch and learn for Welsh SMEs. Each session covers a different AI topic, hosted by one of the programme's AI Adoption Advisors. This regular session is designed to offer you bitesize information on AI for your business.

The first four sessions will cover:

  • Introduction to AI (Kirsty) - 18 August 2026
  • AI Security and Ethics (Jordan) - 1 September 2026
  • Automation (Kirsty) - 15 September 2026
  • Creative Tools (Owain) - 29 September 2026

The lunch and learn session will help keep you up to date on simple AI tools and techniques.

The session will offer the opportunity to ask our advisers questions.

Core Objectives:

The sessions will cover:

  1. We will explore an AI topic in each session.
  2. Practical, bite-sized insight delivered in under an hour.
  3. Hosted on rotation by Kirsty Robson-Davies, Owain Stead or Jordan Eardley, the programme's AI Adoption Advisors.
  4. You will have an opportunity to book a fully funded 1-2-1 session with one of our AI advisers.

Who is this workshop for?

This session is ideal for:

  • Small Business Owners: Those who are wearing "every hat" in their company and need to find ways to reclaim time from repetitive, daily tasks.
  • Entrepreneurs: People looking to leverage the latest tools to stay competitive and innovate.
  • Team Leaders & Managers: Anyone looking to introduce AI-driven efficiencies to their team's workflow.

No technical background is required.

Important This event is for Welsh-based small and medium-sized enterprises and is restricted to two delegates per business.
