Business AI: Automating the Boring Bits

Overview

Cost: Free

Summary

A practical workshop on how to use AI to turn the mundane parts of your working day, from handling enquiries and filling in forms to taking notes and updating spreadsheets, into cleaner repeatable processes that give you your time back.

Fully funded by the Welsh Government via Business Wales.

What will the event cover?

How to spot the repetitive tasks in your own week that are worth handing over to AI, and what a realistic saving looks like for the way you  actually work .

The workflows already being used to take the mundane work off people's hands, from drafting responses to difficult client queries to finding a diary slot or producing a routine report.

Planning how you and the AI will collaborate, which matters more than  learning to prompt: connecting applications to your AI tools, scheduling jobs, and keeping effective oversight.

Practical tips for implementing the changes, minimising the hassle while making the most of the time you spend overseeing the AI.

Delivered as part of the fully funded AI Awareness and Adoption.
