Consultation on the White Paper on ending homelessness in Wales: Homelessness and Health (hospital discharge and complex needs).

As part of a programme of engagement activity on the White Paper, the Welsh Government is running a series of themed events to hear your views on the proposals for legislative reform. 

At this event we will consider the following proposals and invite anyone with an interest to attend.

  • The proposed duties to identify, refer and co-operate for health
  • Strengthening multi-disciplinary practice between homelessness, mental health and substance use services
  • Preventing homelessness at the point of hospital discharge

You can also sign up to attend events on the core reforms to part 2 of the Housing (Wales) Act 2014, social services and housing, Criminal Justice, and Access to Housing.
