The purpose of this webinar series is to introduce Data Innovators to potential sources of Data that they can access, frequently at no cost.  Thus, indirectly sponsoring innovation.  It is intended to offer links to Financial Support for Research Development and Innovation from the Welsh Government and European Space Agency.

The purpose of this webinar is to introduce Data Innovators to potential sources of Data that they can access, frequently at no cost.  Thus, indirectly sponsoring innovation.  It is intended to offer links to Financial Support for Research Development and Innovation from the Welsh Government and European Space Agency. The onus for wringing value out of the data is always on the Data Innovator and to recognise its commercial value.

This series of short webinars will be individually themed, recorded and distributed to registered participants to view again.

With the developments in the Marine Environment of Wales, a significant volume of data has been gathered.  There are plans afoot to gather even more in the coming months.

The purpose of this webinar is to introduce Data Owners, who are using platforms such as Marine Data Exchange, to host their data. A Data Innovator may recognise the seed of a commercial opportunity. Additionally, the Webinar will touch on financial Support available from the Welsh Government.

• Participation in the Webinar is subject to review by Welsh Government and is provided on a first-come, first served basis.
