DFID is ‘Open for Business’
Welsh Government is hosting The Department for International Development (DFID) to deliver a half day seminar on DFID’s work and pipeline of business coming up over the next 18-24 months.
The seminar will look at the local operating environment and how to access contract opportunities with DFID. In addition to senior members of DFID’s Procurement and Commercial team there will also be DFID programme staff in attendance along with colleagues from the Welsh Government who will be able to advise on how they can assist you to access overseas opportunities.
This seminar will cover:
- How suppliers can get involved in delivering Foreign Economics Aid
- Research and Development
- Economic Development
- Governance & Security
- Education Services
- Construction Services e.g. Water, Sanitation and Hygiene
