DSEI 2025 is a major event in the aerospace and defence calendar.  Held every two years, DSEI provides access to key, high quality exhibitors and decision makers across the Air, Naval, Land and Security supply chain, alongside networking opportunities and the ability to see new technologies first hand on the show floor.

Featuring over 2,800 defence and security suppliers – including major prime manufacturers plus more than 230 new exhibitors. DSEI is the premier hybrid event of its kind and is crucial in bringing governments, the armed forces and the wider industry together.

Exhibiting with Welsh Government can be a very cost-effective way to showcase your company, gain valuable contacts and identify potential business in this sector.

Exhibitor Package Cost - £6,000 inclusive of VAT

1.        A branded space on the Wales pavilion with counter-top, lockable cupboard, power supply and storage

2.        Use of meeting space on stand

3.        At least one pass for the duration of the event

4.        Inclusion in marketing material where available

5.        Inclusion in Wales media, marketing and potential PR opportunities.

6.        The stand’s logistics are all taken care of with experienced events and marketing professionals
