Farnborough International Space Show (FISS) – 19-20 March 2025

Welsh Government will be participating in a number of business to business (B2B) exhibitions, conferences, trade missions and export market visits, in Wales, the UK and around the World to promote Wales and Wales based businesses. 

This will create opportunities for Wales-based businesses to participate with us under the Wales banner.

The 35m² Wales pavilion is located in a prominent position at the Farnborough International Space Show 2025, and has space for three co-exhibitors at a cost of £750 + vat each. 

A Networking Bar is also available for Wales-based companies to use.  The networking bar will be free of charge for this event (but we require your feedback regarding each meeting you have).

WHY ATTEND?

Exhibiting with Welsh Government can be a very cost-effective way to showcase your company, gain valuable contacts and identify potential business in this sector.

You can choose to attend as a co-exhibitor, with a pod and ticket(s) arranged, or visit the show independently for a shorter period and take advantage of the Networking Bar which allows you to ‘Plug and Play’ for the days you’re at the show.

As a co-exhibitor you will benefit from:

1.         a branded space on the Wales pavilion with counter-top, lockable cupboard, power supply and storage

2.         use of meeting space on stand

3.         at least one pass for the duration of the event

4.         inclusion in marketing material where available

5.         Inclusion in Wales media, marketing and potential PR opportunities.

6.         the stand’s logistics are all taken care of with experienced events and marketing professionals
