Summary
A focused session for Welsh suppliers exploring how collaboration and joint‑working can help them deliver the Whole House solutions required for ORP Year 5 — enabling more of the programme’s £98.75 million investment to be retained within Wales.
What will the event cover?
With £98.75 million confirmed for the next year of the Optimised Retrofit Programme (ORP), Wales has a significant opportunity to further strengthen and expand its retrofit supply chain. Although ORP funding is directed to Welsh social landlords, suppliers remain central to delivering compliant Whole House retrofit solutions aligned with PAS 2030/2035, MCS requirements, and TrustMark standards.
This supplier focused session is designed to help Welsh businesses understand what landlords need for ORP Year 5, and how collaboration—including joint bidding—can increase competitiveness, improve delivery capacity, and ensure that more of the programme’s economic value is retained locally. The session will support suppliers to position themselves effectively ahead of landlord procurement activity beginning later in 2026.
This webinar will explore:
• What landlords need for ORP Year 5
• Whole House delivery expectations — and what they mean in practice for suppliers
• Collaborative delivery models and partnership approaches between Welsh suppliers
• How to prepare for ORP procurement windows, including capability alignment and bid readiness
