She works with scaling startups and early stage companies across the UK, helping them move from ideas and early traction into organised, commercially focused businesses.

Lucy has delivered workshops and programmes for accelerators and business support organisations including startup cohorts, early-stage founders and growth focused SMEs. She is known for translating complex operational thinking into practical advice that founders can actually apply, particularly when resources, time and confidence are limited.

Her approach is pragmatic, honest and founder friendly, focusing on helping business owners make better decisions, simplify what feels overwhelming and build businesses that work for their lives as well as their ambitions.
