Is your business ready to thrive in a rapidly changing market? Consumer demand and government policy are shifting towards healthier food and drink options faster than ever before. And with increasing demand from retail and foodservice as a result of the expectation on them to play their part in improving diets, this session will reveal how embracing health isn’t just a regulatory compliance measure, it can also provide a major competitive advantage, whatever your product offers. This isn’t only relevant to those with obvious ‘health’ products, but adding a reduced-sugar version of your current brownies range, for example, can make a difference.

Why Attend?

  • Navigate Policy: Get a clear understanding of the regulatory landscape and the shifting positions of Government, Retailers, and Foodservice Operators.
  • Secure Market Share: Learn how to tap into the growing segment of health-conscious shoppers and make your products matter to all consumers.
  • Innovate with Confidence: Discover the practical support available from the Helix Programme for new product development and reformulation.
