The Welsh Government is hosting a Wales pavilion at Global Offshore Wind 2026, and we’re inviting innovative companies from across the supply chain to join us.

 

Global Offshore Wind 2025 brought together over 5,000 attendees, 280 exhibitors, and participants from 50+ countries—making it one of the sector’s largest and most globally representative events.

 

Exhibitor package  £750+VAT

 

As a partner on the Wales pavilion, you will benefit from:

 

  • A dedicated exhibition pod on the Wales pavilion, complete with power supply and access to storage, giving your organisation a strong, visible presence.
  • Use of shared meeting areas on the stand to host clients, partners, and prospective investors.
  • Access to the event for two representatives from your organisation throughout the exhibition.
  • Inclusion in marketing materials where available, ensuring your brand is represented across Wales’ promotional activities.
  • Placement in Wales’ social media schedule, alongside potential PR features linked to our presence at Global Offshore Wind.
  • Access to associated networking receptions, business engagement forums, and investor meet‑ups held around the event.
  • Direct interaction with leading developers, suppliers, and decision‑makers—alongside collaboration with fellow Welsh stand partners.
  • All stand build, logistics, and onsite coordination are handled by experienced events and marketing professionals, allowing you to focus entirely on business development.
  • Please note - the cost does NOT include accommodation, travel, or subsistence. The Wales stand will not supply hot beverages.

Due to limited availability, completion of this form does not guarantee an automatic allocation. All received applications will be considered based on the information within the application form.  Please ensure that any supplementary information provided is relevant to the event or your target market.

Please note that if your application is successful, you will be required to ensure that your ‘pod’ is staffed for the duration of the event on all days that the event is open.
