Introduction to Leadership and Management programme is perfect for those who are new to management. This people focused qualification is designed to understand and develop management and leadership skills.

The Award level is ideal for candidates who have had little formal management training or who wish to refocus on their skills and techniques for building, managing and leading a team. As well as introducing learners to the various leadership styles it also covers how to motivate and empower your team through development of working relationships and effective delegation.

This programme includes a DiSC Work of Leaders personality profile  which will provide each delegate with a personalised report on their  leadership style.

The programme consists of four delivery days and key topics include leadership, developing excellent working relationships, organising and delegating effectively.

319 Understanding Organising and Delegating in the Workplace
