As a manager of a horticulture enterprise you are responsible for overseeing and managing all operations. Is includes everything from the cultivation, production, and distribution of crops.

He has gained an MBA from the University of East Anglia and in addition to providing consultancy he is an associate tutor for the Institute of Management and Leadership programmes, an assessor for the management units on the RHS MHort and lectures in horticultural management on the Kew Diploma.
