The Welsh Revenue Authority (WRA) are hosting free tax webinars looking at areas of LTT where solicitors and conveyancers have asked for more training.

The webinars will focus on:

  • derelict properties
  • chargeable consideration
  • tax administration

You can also meet technical experts from the WRA to talk with us and give feedback about our services.

 

Derelict and unhabitable property

What you’ll learn

  • What a derelict or uninhabitable property is.
  • The meaning of ‘suitable for use as a dwelling’.
  • An overview of WRA guidance, including practical examples to help you file the right tax, the first time. Recent tax cases on this topic.
