Making Tax Digital – The Options
All farm and forestry businesses which have a taxable turnover that exceeds the VAT registration threshold of £85,000 per annum need to keep their records digitally, using Making Tax Digital (MTD) compatible software, from 1 April 2019 onwards.
The workshop will cover:
- An overview of what the change will entail.
- Demonstrations of a range of popular software packages.
- Whether operating this software is something you can do yourself.
This workshop is suitable for all levels, whether you complete VAT online yourself or use an Accountant or Business Advisor to do this on your behalf.
Eligible registered Farming Connect businesses can book a place at one of our workshops. Further information on eligibility can be found here.
Please note that spaces are limited to 20 per workshop, on a first come first served basis.
Further dates and venues will be made available.
For further information regarding the workshop, please contact the Service Centre on 08456 000813.
