This session will be an opportunity to learn from an experienced shopping centre manager, who will take real life lessons from their extensive portfolio to demonstrate how businesses can harness data to make strategic business decisions.
Medi Parry-Williams is the founder of MPW Making Places Work and has 15 years’ experience in shopping centre and town centre regeneration. Medi has worked as Operations Director for 7 shopping centres across the UK, effectively working with and supporting over 300 national and independent businesses, as well as being a non-Executive Director with two separate companies. Alongside her international experience Medi has also worked with Anglesey County Council Economic Development Department and has a passion for supporting Welsh businesses.
This session is part of the ‘SMART Towns for Smarter Business’ series but will also be valuable as a standalone session. The session is aimed at high street business owners and managers looking to grow and optimise their business using data but will also be useful to shopping centre or town centre managers looking to support their businesses. The session will assume no prior technical knowledge and steer clear of tech jargon, focusing on the positive outcomes for your business.
