Sickness absence can have a major impact on productivity, profit and morale. This two-hour workshop looks at a range of strategies for reducing short-term absence, and for preventing short-term absence from slipping into longer term absence.
Our focus is on problem-solving, workload management, reasonable adjustments and positive promotion of wellbeing.
We look at how to have positive, honest and constructive conversations with your employees as they return to work after a period of absence, keeping a focus on solutions, adjustments and future planning for each individual.
Are you eligible for our support?
We are able to offer training workshop to employers from small to medium sized enterprises. This is defined as businesses with less than 250 employees.
To meet our criteria you will need to complete our registration paperwork.
