Morlais 1:1 Supply Chain Sessions

Menter Môn Morlais Ltd is a tidal energy scheme based off the coast of Ynys Cybi (Holy Island), Anglesey. It manages 35km² of seabed and has the potential to generate up to 240 MW of clean, low-carbon electricity.

The project is committed to creating regional economic impact while also working with a wide network of suppliers and specialists. These 1:1 sessions offer a chance for businesses and individuals to:

• Learn more about the Morlais project and upcoming opportunities

• Share their business information for inclusion in our supply chain directory

• Discuss their services and explore how they can support the tidal energy sector

Although the project has a strong focus on supporting businesses in North Wales, companies and individuals from outside the region are also welcome to register their interest.

If you're interested in an informal 1:1 session during April or May, please register and a member of the Morlais team will be in touch to arrange a suitable date and time. Sessions can take place via Microsoft Teams or, if you're based locally, an in-person meeting can be arranged at M-SParc in Gaerwen. All information can be delivered in either Welsh or English.

Additional sessions for June onwards will be shared in due course.

To arrange your 1:1 session with Morlais, we will need to collect some personal data, including your name and email address.

We will use your contact details to share information about the project, suggest potential dates for your session, and follow up with any relevant materials discussed during the meeting. The information you choose to share with us may also be included in our supply chain directory.

We reserve the right to cancel or amend the timings of these sessions at any point up to the statedstart time of the session.

Delegates may also cancel their booking at any time by following the link in their confirmation email.

Delegates are responsible for ensuring that they can access the web site where the event is delivered and for any all and any charges incurred during attendance at the session.

The delegate acknowledges that all course material, program material or copies thereof are and will remain the property of the event provider and are subject to copyright. It is expressly agreed that neither the delegate nor their sponsoring organisation will copy the whole or any part of those materials without the written consent of the event provider.

The event provider accepts no responsibility whatsoever for the subsequent use of the EMS by the delegate or their sponsoring organisation as a result of their participation in the event and shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising to the delegate, their sponsoring organisation or any third parties howsoever that loss or damage arises (save that this provision will not exclude liability for death or personal injury arising from the negligence of the event provider).

No variation to these conditions shall be binding unless agreed in writing between the authorised representatives of the event provider and the delegate and/or their sponsoring organisation.
