This webinar is looking Neurodiversity in the workplace, examples of neurodivergence, how to support a diverse workforce along with championing diversity in its many forms.

 

We Will cover the following:

• Different examples of neurodivergence, homing in on the benefits around Innovation, Creativity, Diversity of thought, competitive advantages and unlocking potential.
• How to support neurodiverse employees, being a responsible employer, workplace adjustments and reasonable adjustments, assistive technologies, being an ethical employer.
• Recruiting neurodiverse employees, the hiring process, induction and managing a team, implementing adequate policies and looking at the Disability Confident scheme.

 

Important - This event is for Welsh based small and medium-sized enterprises and is restricted to two delegates per business.
