New Product Development Workshop – Sensory Assessment for Quality Assurance

Sensory assessment of food and drink products can be used to inform many aspects of new product development and ongoing product quality assessment.

This introductory level workshop aims to give an overview of best practice for setting up a test environment and testing schedule considerations, selection and training of sensory panellists, different types of sensory test methods and their uses.

These interactive workshops will be held at ZERO2FIVE Food Industry Centre in Cardiff.

Whilst these workshops form a series, you can attend individual workshops to suit your business needs.

Attendance costs

Depending on your company size and eligibility, attendance at these workshops can be partially or fully funded.

The cost for each delegate attending the workshop will vary depending on the size of the company they work for. This is determined by Welsh Government funding regulations.

In the workshop registration form, you will be asked to provide company Subsidy Control information for the past three years and confirm the size of your company. Please refer to your finance business team to ensure this information is accurate as it may be subject to audit.
