Personal Development Plan (PDP) Workshops

Overview

Cost: Free

Creating a Personal Development Plan (PDP) can help:

  • Set long term objectives and short term goals
  • Identify ways of developing key skills or competencies
  • Provide you with information on training courses
  • Record current qualifications and skills
  • You can review your PDP at regular intervals to monitor progress and achievements
  • The PDP is the baseline and starting point for your Continuous Professional Developments (CPD) record.

Eligible registered Farming Connect businesses can book an appointment at one of our workshops. Further information on eligibility can be found here.

To book a place or for more information regarding the workshops please contact the Service Centre on 08456 000 813 / farmingconnect@menterabusnes.co.uk
