Powys Teaching Health Board & Powys County Council Meet The Buyer Events

Overview

Cost: Free

After holding successful events in previous years, the Estates & Property Department at Powys Teaching Health Board and Powys County Council are jointly holding an informal drop-in workshop for contractors and consultants, one in the North of the County and one in the South.

Meet the Buyer events are an opportunity for suppliers to introduce themselves to public sector buyers and learn about new projects, contracts, frameworks and supply chain opportunities. For buyers, these events enable them to increase their pool of potential suppliers and widen their supply chains. Whatever the size of a business, these events are useful to attend when considering bidding for future contracting opportunities, as they are specifically designed to help suppliers with the tendering process. As buyers we can help suppliers and providers understand what we are looking for and can give an insight on how bids are and will be evaluated from a procurement perspective.
