This interactive 2-hour webinar is designed for pre-start and early-stage business owners with little or no experience of AI. The session covers what AI actually is in plain English, practical ways it can save time across marketing, admin and planning, live demonstrations using tools including ChatGPT, Claude and Copilot, and prompt writing basics participants can use immediately. The session also covers risks, limitations and responsible use. Attendees leave with practical ideas and the confidence to start using AI in their business straight away.

Presenter bio –

Ceri Davies is Founder and Director of SOS Training and Consultancy Services and The AI Training Co. She delivers practical AI and business productivity training for non-technical business owners and teams, helping organisations across Wales save time, improve efficiency and build confidence with tools including ChatGPT, Claude and Copilot. Her training is CPD certified and delivered in partnership with Business Wales and the Welsh Government Flexible Skills Programme.
