The Welsh Government is inviting Welsh companies to join the Wales Pavilion at Space-Comm Expo 2027, taking place at ExCeL London on 24–25 February 2027.

As the UK's leading space industry exhibition and conference, Space-Comm Expo brings together businesses, investors, researchers, government organisations and industry leaders from across the sector. Wales is home to a growing space sector, with innovative companies developing technologies and services that support satellite communications, aerospace, advanced manufacturing and data applications. This is an opportunity to showcase your capabilities, raise your profile and build new connections in the UK and international space markets.

What's Included?

As an exhibitor on the Wales Pavilion, you will receive:

• A dedicated exhibition pod on the Wales Pavilion.
• Event access for your company representatives.
• Inclusion in Wales Pavilion marketing and promotional activity, where available.
• Promotion through Welsh Government social media channels.
• Access to networking events and business meetings linked to the exhibition.
• Opportunities to meet potential customers, investors and partners from across the UK and international space sectors.
• Support from the Welsh Government events team before and during the exhibition.

Please Note

The participation fee does not include:

• Accommodation
• Travel
• Subsistence costs

Companies taking part will be expected to ensure their exhibition pod is staffed throughout the opening hours of the event.

Spaces on the Wales Pavilion are limited. Completing an application form does not guarantee a place.
