Ever wondered what it takes to start your own business? Have you got an idea that you want to turn into a fully-fledged start-up?

Our start-up workshops, delivered by experienced advisers, provide knowledge and understanding of the fundamental aspects and challenges of starting and running a business.

The course will take you through the key stages of business and financial planning, and will help you to:
- Understand the pros and cons of self-employment
- Assess your personal skills and capabilities
- Find out where to get advice and source finance
- Understand the legal aspects of setting up a business

You will also have the opportunity to meet other like-minded entrepreneurs at the beginning of their business journey, helping you to get the inspiration, confidence and motivation to start up.
