Would you like to learn how to turn casual consumers into lifelong fans? Want to know how to build a community around your food and drink brand, so as to foster long-term loyalty and repeat purchases?

Join this webinar, led by Julie Mills who will help you do just this.  During her role as Marketing Director for Booths Supermarkets, she gained a deep understanding of customer loyalty across bricks-and-mortar retailing, hospitality and online.

She has developed a framework of recommendations for small manufacturing brands to gain awareness and generate loyalty at pace – and in this session, these will be shared with those attending.

Session Structure:

Starting with the rationale underpinning the importance of loyalty before moving on to techniques to influence customer behaviour. The aim is to inspire you to see customers as “fans” and advocates for your brand. Ultimately “fans” support brands and generate growth in a commercially efficient manner.

Julie will explain which communication styles are required and the need to carefully consider tone and format including when to opt for generosity and transparency over traditional transactional models.  All aspects of the “marketing mix” will be presented, from print to digital activity.  And to bring the topic to life, a range of best-practice examples from inspiring businesses will be shared.
