The Principles of Biological & regenerative farming Systems with Dan Kittredge - 2 day workshop.

Overview

Cost: Free

Dan Kittredge has farmed organically for 30+ years, and is the founder and executive director of the Bionutrient Food Association (BFA), whose mission is to “increase quality in the food supply”. As a leading proponent of “nutrient density”, Dan demonstrates the connections between soil health, plant health and human health.

In this two-day workshop Dan Kittredge will provide an overview of the principles and practices of biological and regenerative farming.

An interactive learning environment will provide plenty of time for questions and answers, this Farming Connect workshop is designed for open-minded farmers, growers, and gardeners. The goal is to build upon your knowledge and experience to find ways to increase the health of your soil and crops for greater yields, healthier produce and animals. The workshop will follow a number of topics and themes related to helping plants achieve their full genetic potential through management of the environmental factors of soil, air, water, minerals and biodiversity. Participants will grasp and apply innovative, reliable principles and practices which they can implement on their own land.

Dan will also cover the work at The Bionutrient Institute where their mission is to define nutrient density and how soil, plant animal, human and environmental health are intimately connected.
