His experience includes managing compliance with quality standards such as ISO 9001 to support supplier credibility and readiness, enabling businesses to position themselves as trusted partners within competitive supply chains.

He demonstrates confidence in leading and supporting strategic initiatives across multiple teams, utilizing the Lean Six Sigma continuous improvement toolkit and various business improvement tools and techniques to develop practical innovative solutions to business problems.

With a strong grounding in project and change management techniques, Gwyn excels in delivering transformational change and operational excellence.
