This course explores how digital media tools can be applied across Areas of Learning and Experience to support engaging, authentic learning. It introduces a range of tools, including collaboration platforms, design software, CAD, and audio editing, and demonstrates their use through practical classroom projects. Teachers will examine how to align activities with the Digital Competence Framework, support progression, and develop learners’ ability to collaborate, create, and communicate effectively.

How long is this course?

This course is approximately 6 hours of live, online learning.

How will you learn?

This live online remote course will enable you to participate in discussion and activities with other participants, led by a STEM professional development leader.

• Apply digital media tools to design engaging, cross-curricular learning experiences that meet curriculum objectives.
• Analyse learning activities to ensure alignment with the Digital Competence Framework and appropriate learner progression.
