WEBINAR: Tapping and post-harvest processing of Welsh birch sap
Join Farming Connect for a webinar with Bryan Dickinson and Jenny Wong, Wild Resources Limited and Maria Wilding, Llais y Goedwig who will explain how to tap and concentrate fresh birch sap for on-farm storage as the first step in the development of small-scale, artisan birch syrup production in Wales.
This will be an opportunity to learn more about turning a popular foraging activity into a sustainable commercial activity that could be used to diversify woodland incomes.
A question and answer session will be held at the end of the webinar.
To take part in the webinar, you must register your interest by 3pm on 01/12/2021. Register below or email firstname.lastname@example.org
Someone will contact you with details on how to access the webinar beforehand.
*Please ensure that you complete all steps in the process from 1 to 4 in order to complete your booking. You will see a "Thank you" message once all steps have been completed.*
