Workshop for private care providers on the removing profit provisions within the Health and Social Care (Wales) Bill

Overview

Cost: Free

A workshop for private children’s care home and fostering providers to discuss the removing profit provisions within the Health and Social Care (Wales) Bill, specifically to:

 

  • update private providers on the key elements of the final legislation and the planned implementation timescales
  • give private providers an opportunity to ask any questions directly to officials (Welsh Government policy and legal services officials will be in attendance alongside Care Inspectorate Wales)
  • give private providers an opportunity to feed back to Welsh Government and Care Inspectorate Wales on areas where they feel additional clarity and support is needed

We will retain your personal data for 3 months following the end of the event, after which time it will be securely deleted.

We will also gather information relating to specific access, dietary and/or other requirements to ensure any additional requirements are met during the event.
