Welsh Government (‘we’) will be the data controller for the personal data you provide to participate in this event and will process it in the exercise of our public task and the official authority vested in us for the administration of the event. We will retain your personal data for 3 months following the end of the event, after which time it will be securely deleted.
In order to send you information about the event we will gather personal details including name, email address, job role, language preference, school/setting/organisation name, school/setting/organisation address, telephone number and Local Authority. We will also gather information relating to specific access, dietary and/or other requirements to ensure any additional requirements are met during the event.
In the interests of networking during the event, your name will be shared with other registered attendees. If you would prefer us not to do this, please let us know through contacting lookedafterchildren@gov.wales
