The accessibility regulations do not require us to fix PDFs or other documents published before 23 September 2018 if they are not essential to providing our services. We do not currently have any plans to make these PDFs or other documents accessible.

The website has undergone accessibility testing throughout May 2023. These tests were carried out by S8080 and Business Wales.
During the SortSite check in May we ran automated scans for all WCAG 2.1 AA errors.
We tested the Business Wales Events Finder website, available at https://wales.business-events.org.uk/ and https://wales.business-events.org.uk/cy/
As and when significant changes are made these are scanned before public release.
We will address and fix all known technical accessibility issues by the end of 2023, unless doing so would be a disproportionate burden within the meaning of the accessibility regulations.
