Bullying and Harassment and the different forms along with the protected characteristics and what your employers’ responsibilities and liabilities are under the Equality act 2010.
  • It is important to foster a culture of diversity and inclusion, where everyone feels valued and respected. Training programs, awareness campaigns, and regular communication can help reinforce these values and promote a work environment where employees feel engaged and valued.
  • We will also consider management styles and whether they can help or hinder, setting a good example, fostering an inclusive atmosphere within the workplace, correct guidance, and support to develop a positive workplace.
