Mae NYTH/NEST yn fframwaith ar gyfer creu dull gweithredu system gyfan ar gyfer gwasanaethau iechyd meddwl a llesiant i fabanod, plant a phobl ifanc. Mae NYTH/NEST eisoes yn cael ei ddefnyddio ledled Cymru i hwyluso gweithio mewn partneriaeth, cyd-gynhyrchu, a gweithredu’r dull ‘dim drws anghywir’.

 

Bydd y Fforwm Cenedlaethol hwn yn cefnogi sefydliadau i ddefnyddio’r Offeryn Hunanasesu NYTH/NEST. Bydd y sesiwn yn ymdrin â:

 

  • Beth yw’r offeryn hunanasesu NYTH
  • Sut i ddefnyddio’r offeryn hunanasesu NYTH
  • Rhannu profiadau gan ddefnyddio’r offeryn hunanasesu NYTH
  • Camau enghreifftiol ar gyfer gweithredu NYTH
  • Cyfle i holi cwestiynau / ceisio cyngor ar ddefnyddio’r offeryn (14.30-15.00)

 

NYTH/NEST is a framework for creating a whole system approach to mental health and wellbeing services for babies, children and young people. NYTH/NEST is already being used across Wales to support partnership working, co-production and a ‘no wrong door’ approach.

 

This National Forum will support organisations using the NYTH/NEST Self-Assessment Tool. The session will cover:

 

  • What is the NEST self-assessment tool
  • How to use the NEST self-assessment tool
  • Sharing experiences using the NEST self-assessment tool
  • Example actions to implement NEST
  • Opportunity to ask questions / seek advice on using the tool (14.30-15.00)

If you attend an event organised by Welsh Government

Welsh Government organise various types of events to help us in the work we do. Regardless of the purpose of the event we will need your personal data if you attend. This will include your name, contact details, the organisation you are from, dietary requirements and if the venue includes controlled access parking, then your car registration number will be required. We will use your contact details to send you information about attending the event and we may send you material from the event afterwards. In some cases we use a third party to manage our events, and our contracts set out strict requirements for the processing and safekeeping of personal data. Where you need to report to a reception at a venue, we will provide the venue with the names of all attendees and if relevant your car registration.

We will keep your personal information for no more than one year after any event you attend. If we wish to use your personal data for any reason other than to organise the event then we will ask you about this as part of the booking process
